Can you give us firm dates on this event?

Sure! Civil War will run in place of the second Cosmic Chaos event that was originally scheduled this month, so it will start on October 19th and run through October 25th (until 11:59 PM PDT).

Fair question - we aren't bringing loot boxes as a whole over to PC, but it will be a equivalent style reward for Omega Prestige specifically.

I asked Asros this in another thread but realized he might not be the guy to ask, so I'll ask you aswell Vapor.

Would there be any chance that you could add a vendor that sells the omega prestige items after we ulock omega prestige? This would be a wonderful option if we dont plan on going all the way to 70 with one hero directly. That way we would be able to discard the legendary and 1-5 pieces for the moment and just buy them back later for a small credit fee. This way, if we wanna unlock omega on several heroes within a short timeframe, the items wont fill our stashes and inventory.

It is afterall 6 items per hero to keep around. A vendor would be a gift from the gods, it would just have to be 1 box per hero that contains those 6 items. It cant be exploited since they are already tied to a specific hero.

Well, I can't personally speak to the feasibility but it's definitely feedback I can pass along.

This is a copy and paste. An answer would be appreciated, IGNORING THE QUESTION IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!

    @Asros @Winterthur @AgentVapor @AgentPilot @Orren

IF and I mean IF for some reason a costume that we currently have disappears when it automatically transfers our costumes to the costume closet, which is going to be nice (thank you), and it disappears from our account. I mean totally gone, not equipped, not sitting in stash still. GONE poof destroyed not available for us to equipped. Will we get our costume(s) returned to us?

PS took out the extras, no need to bother them.

If I understand you correctly, if for whatever reason there is an issue where you somehow do not have a costume properly unlocked, we will definitely take it seriously and do whatever we need to so that everyone has all of the costumes they are supposed to have unlocked on their account.

@AgentVapor what about the achievement costumes? what would happen to those? I still have yet to unlock sexy Gambit, Thanos Imperative Star-Lord, Formal Hulk, Prisoner Loki :(

This is a good question, I'll see if I can squeeze it into our list for this Friday. I want to say nothing is changing with those achievements other than them being converted to costume closet unlocks, but it's worth chasing down the answer directly from those working on it!

There is one answer we would absolutley need an answer for, preferably even before friday since it is just a small question.

How will player on PC be able to unbind items after the omega patch hits? Will we still be able to unbind by using Unstable Molecules and credits aswell as Matrix as it is now or will we be stuck with the console system where it is Matrix only to unbind? Also will we keep our legendary refund recipes?

Couldnt you or someone else just spill the beans for us on this? Pwetty pwease?

Truth be told I don't personally know the answers to those questions, but I'll add them to our list so we can look into it!

I have a question or feature request about the costume closet.

One thing I was hoping the costume closet would do is provide a way to "try on" a costume you don't yet own to better judge if its one you want.

That is, the costume closet would involve a little brightly lit private room, analogous to a change room with a mirror at a typical clothing store, such that only when you're in that room you can equip any costume the game has regardless of whether you own it or not, while outside that room you can only equip costumes you own.

The idea here is that its hard to judge from pre-rendered stills alone what a costume really looks like, and only when you have it in 3D using the actual game rendering and lighting can you truly judge what it actually looks like. The store images or website images in contrast are static and use different renderers.

Do you think we can get that feature included too? If not with the omega update then soon after?

This sounds like a good question for us to take to the team for next week's thread! I'll put it on our list.
