Well, Punisher got a single iteration on BUE TC and from week one there was pages of feedback that was outright ignored until this TC. This TC they put in the **canceling changes** which was going to put Punisher in the golden position of out DPSing Rogue. Can't have that! So they decided to go ahead and give iteration #2 a try. It feels like a 52 review. They shuffled the talents and made some powers worse. Then they declared they are right for ruining a few of his powers and abandoned the feedback thread.
**I hope I am wrong for feeling this way**, but I am not expecting another word on or moment of work put into Punisher from the powers team.
At least the 52 reviews brought in a new power. Punisher has NOTHING NEW SINCE 52 REVIEW. FFS many characters got a pile of new powers and new visuals. We are being told we will get new gun models. So, we got that going for us. Which is nice.
>I thought the biggest update ever was going to eliminate the need for these kinds of reviews?
I thought it was just going to make them easier, faster, and more precise. Like, the amount of change pumped into Angela, Iceman, She-Hulk, and Hawkeye in just the past few weeks was like half a year's worth of updating under the old system.
What ryv said. I see this game as getting better and hero reworks being faster. I just hope they can take a decent look at each character and do what's best for each one. The second pass at characters has usually made them more enjoyable in my experience. So I really hope they continue to do that with Punisher and others
love the slow motion at 3:20 where doom does a low strong kick and avoids rocket's log attack int he process, which has nothing to do with the song, I guess the guy just wanted to show that part off. hahaha
I think we are best off using 3RB, but still working about about 4 builds total. All of them pale in comparison to 3,3,3,2,1 talents and then it's just a matter of choosing powers. I think I am pretty settled on gear too. I'll PM you the build once I am fully settled on "the good one."
I was laying down on the couch and wife was sitting on the remainder of the couch so Loki didn't have anywhere to sit. So he decided my couch and legs where the correct place for him to lay and jumped right up. lol He is a cuddly / no personal bubble dog.
He seems to like any toy I hand him. We tried a tennis ball out back of the house and he would run and grab the ball and just stand there looking around. lol
We tried soft and hard plastic toys that are fairly destructable and we quickly found out he just wants to sit in his kennel and chew them to pieces. lol So when we do play time inside we close the door to the kennel and we need maybe 20 minutes to tire him out (because his legs are so short) and you can tell when he is over the whole playing thing when he is just looking for a place to plop and chew the toy to bits.
He has some of those funny Corgi quirks, but he still has the Pitbull power where he could devastate a lesser toy in a couple minutes flat. lol
