I prefer the look of the first and the story of the second.

First movie was actually pretty good. I like Kate Mara's sue, but the first movie was Worthy.

Gonna have to disagree with you on Kate...She was so wooden and just unlikable imo.

I like Kate Mara =P I have NO idea why, but I do. Well, like Kate Mara as sue, I have only seen her in one other movie (Morgan) and her robotic acting made sense there. X_X

Jessica Alba seemed softer in the first one. More natural imo. With the new dye job/wig they gave her and the much more in your face contacts her look felt less natural.

She was still beautiful though but it was more obvious she was wearing contacts and her hair had a more bleached tone.

But I loved how they explored her powers in the second film which is why I enoy that one as well. Out of all of the F4 her potential increased the most.

Johny and Reed a few cool new tricks but Sue just had so many amazing moments. lol like when she made a pimple on her face dissapear for her wedding day. Little things like that are why I enjoy it.

Jessica and Kate were two very different characters. I think Kate could've been an interesting Sue but like all the other characters she suffered from the way the movie was done. 3/4 of it is without their powers.

The new Fantastic 4 felt like that school project that you put off until the last minute and you hurry and rush to put something togethor. You start out putting all your effort into it. Taking your time to make sure you are as detailed and thorough as possible and then when the clock starts ticking down you make compromises and try to hide your lack of content and effort under a heap of big words and fancy visuals.

It felt like they took forever to develop the story and characters (if that's what you want to call it) and then when they finally got to the good part they rushed right through it.
